Gus’s ‘shrooms
I photographed Gus because he was diagnosed with a large lung tumor after having a toe removed for melanoma two years prior. He was given 3 months to live, so his family scheduled a Forever Session. A few weeks after our session, he went back for an oncology visit and his tumor was completely *poof* gone. No one knows why/how the tumor is gone. He wasn’t doing chemo. Gus’s mom had changed his diet to fresh foods and added mushroom supplements. No one is saying these mushrooms cured Gus, but people have asked me about them, and if they happen to help anyone that’s fantastic!
