This is such a magical time—the baby-tooth smiles, the soft, sweet eyes, the silliest of faces, and … those eyelashes!

What to do now:
one.
STOP and Review this video before you log in to the gallery to make things a lot easier and to avoid common mistakes… You can speed the video up at the bottom and make me talk really fast if you want to, but plan for about 10 minutes. :)
two.
Please complete the model release
(even if you did it last year).
This gives me permission to use your child’s photos in sharing this type of photography with other parents and greatly helps my business. I will never use your child’s name or any personal information. There is also an opt out option. Every family must fill this out (and I greatly appreciate it!)
three.
your ordering deadline is APRIL 6th
I recommend viewing the gallery on a computer vs. phone to get the full impact of the image, and to compare images more easily. Don’t dilly dally! Make sure to complete your print order by that date, as photos will be archived. If you need to access the gallery after April 6th, there will be a $25 un-archiving fee.
four.
re-shoot + sibling photos
April 18th I’ll be doing a Beauty of Childhood pop up in Howell Park. If your child missed their photo day, if you have other children you’d like photographed in the same way, or if you’d like sibling photographs, this is for you! Each individual child will need a time slot, but siblings can be taken in between their individual sessions at no extra charge. There is no session fee, but I ask that you pay for the 5-digital collection to secure your spot.

story session photos…
I’m also a big believer of MOM being part of the family story… we are always the ones taking the photos, so when kids look back on their lives… they don’t get the full story of how much joy they brought you, how loved they are by you, and how hard you worked as a mama.
I offer the easiest, most joyful photo sessions you will ever have—husband and kid approved! No posing or trying to coordinate outfits. Easy, fun, and super special. Check out my Story Sessions. Your digitals come with a self-print release up to 11x14. They will not look good if printed larger. If you’d like something larger, please use the store or reach out to me… I like to control the quality of my artwork to make sure you get a swoon-worthy piece for your home and not some off-color piece-o-crap :). You may use your photos for personal use only, this DOES include sharing on social media (I always appreciate a tag (amyophotographer!). Photos may NOT be used for branding, business websites, or competitions.

Please please don’t, friend. It’s super important to me as an artist and business owner that you respect the copyright of the images. My income as a single mama is dependent on the purchase of the images. I do not get paid by the school. By participating in Beauty of Childhood photo day, you agree that you will not screen shot images and refrain from sharing images on social media until after images are purchased. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support of my work and my family.

Absolutely! If your child has a blemish, scratch, wonky hair, or boogs, there is an option in the store under the “OTHER” tab to edit one image or all your purchased images.
Anything purchased under the “WALL DISPLAY” tab will be retouched automatically.

Digital orders are available by immediate download, unless you choose the “ALL MY DIGITALS” option… in that case, they will be emailed to you within two days. Prints and products will be delivered to your home 2-3 weeks after your order, depending on the lab processing time.
